Google Advertising
If CM Academy uses Google AdSense or another Google advertising product, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to CM Academy and/or other websites. Google's advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites.
Users may manage Google advertising personalization through Google Ads Settings. Information about how Google uses information from sites/apps using its services is available at Google partner sites policy.

8. How We May Share Information
We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including with service providers who help provide hosting, security/fraud prevention, email delivery, analytics, authentication, storage, technical support, advertising, and consent management.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law/legal process, enforce Terms, investigate fraud or abuse, protect rights/safety, or establish/defend legal claims. If CareMedox undergoes a merger, restructuring, financing, sale, acquisition, or transfer of relevant assets, information associated with CM Academy may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
9. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, Cookies, and Regional Choices
Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly and may apply to certain advertising technologies. Where required by applicable law, CM Academy will provide appropriate notices or mechanisms for applicable opt-out rights.
Where required by law, users may be shown a consent interface allowing them to accept, reject, or manage categories of cookies and similar technologies. If CM Academy uses Google advertising to serve personalized ads to users in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the site should use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform that supports applicable Google consent requirements.
10. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes such as maintaining accounts, providing Academy features, resolving disputes, security, enforcing agreements, or meeting legal/operational obligations. Retention periods may differ by information type and purpose.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online system, website, storage service, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should use strong, unique passwords and not share account credentials.
